James H. Fanning married Emily Jane Kirk, Dec. 15th, 1847 Lawrence Co. Tn. They were 19 yrs of age, both from Lawrence Co. Tn., would like to have info on the death of James, whom the parents of both parties might have been There is a John Fanning
in the Lawrence Co. Tn 1830 Census, I have not found any other records on John to varify that he was the father of James H. Fanning. If anyone has these individuals in thier family research, please contact me Thank You, Mary Fannan Postma
